Just what the retail investment industry does not want you to hear...

Yahoo published a recent story about one of the top performing financial advisors on Mark Hulbert's list.

Turns-out that this advisor has had his clients' assets mostly in cash over the years (30 years to be exact).

Interesting that this advisor is able to charge for this activity (or lack thereof) in an industry that generally encourages and thrives on high levels of activity.

That said, this financial advisor is clearly providing a valuable service to his clients.
