I would like my parents to consider an annuity. How can I get them in touch with an experienced financial advisor?

The Garrett Network would be a good place to start.

Try to find someone who: a) has the CFP designation; b) ideally works on a fee basis, and; c) treats financial planning (versus product sales or recommendations) as the first priority.
