Government Personnel Mutual Life Insurance Company (GPM Life) focuses on providing insurance products to military service members, retired military individuals, federal civil service employees and civilian families. GPM Life was started in 1934 by retired Army Colonel P.J. Hennessey and became the first insurance company to provide life insurance cover to qualified U.S. military service members even if they lose their lives in the event of war. Government Personnel Mutual Life Insurance Company offers life insurance, annuity and supplemental health products.
